Outdoor lounge.Access by a small dirt track of 160 meters between the vegetation which goes from the Lucas Bay beach to the Taïana villa.In the grounds a ramp allows you to park your car at the level of the villa or access via a private staircase on the left of the terrace to come from the parking space in the garden where it is possible to park several cars.
There is an independent apartment occupied by a caretaker on the ground floor at the rear, not overlooked or shared parking.Very practical to have someone nearby for any questions or malfunctions.
